SO, WHY CROSSFIT ANTHOLOGY?
We sweat together, work together & support one another, no matter where you are within your fitness journey.
We meet meet daily at specific class times & perform the same workout together but at varying intensities (CrossFit is infinity scale-able).
CrossFit is a general fitness program that includes movements used across various fitness domains but within the same workout (EX: Three rounds for time: 400m Run + 10 Pull-Up's + 20 KB Swing's)
Along with an array of functional movements, CrossFit's methodology demands the element of constant variation in both intensity & loading; every day is different.
