Being parents ourselves, we have a heart for developing young student athletes. Both our Kid's Barbell and Kid’s Strength and Conditioning program is focused on providing young athletes with a foundation of knowledge to prepare them for not only future sports, but for lifelong physical activity.
KIDS BARBELL CLUB
This club is dedicated to educating, developing and building confidence with a barbell. Kids will master the main Olympic Lift movements: Snatch, Clean & Jerk, Front Squat, Back Squat, Overhead Squat, Deadlift, Press, Push Press and Power Jerk.
KIDS STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
This Program helps develop young student athletes for their next upcoming sport. This program is focused on providing young athletes with good foundation of knowledge to prepare them for high school athletics. Benefits from participating in a youth training program also include reduced chance of injury while playing their sport and increased self-esteem and confidence.

12 Sessions -$120 monthly: 3 classes a week
