-
We empower through education & knowledge. At CrossFit Anthology, we pride ourselves in truly teaching movement mechanics, not only to ensure efficacy & progress but also to avoid injury, now & later. We are educators 1st & pride ourselves in developing life-long mover’s, capable of moving safely for the rest of their life.
-
We program flexibility & mobility to keep you injury-free. As a veteran gym owner, the comment I or compliment I receive the most is, “Wow! I love the mobility & flexibility work you guys incorporate into your daily programming!!” Stretching & soft tissue work is not always exciting but it sure makes the, “fun movements,” even more fun because you are in a better position.
Q4) What’s the WOD?
The daily WOD or Workout Of the Day is the conditioning portion of class that usually lasts between 10-20 minutes. The WOD changes daily, & unless it’s considered a, “benchmark WOD,” you will never see the same workout twice.
Q5) What machines or equipment do you have at your gym?
CrossFit does not use “machines,” found in the typical gym. Instead CrossFit makes machines!! CrossFit is all about moving the human body in the way it was intended! CrossFit keeps you prepared & moving for life!
